IX4424G MOSFET driver
Each of the two outputs of the IX4424G dual low-side MOSFET driver can provide a pull current and a fill current of 3A with a rise and fall time of less than 10ns. The low propagation delay time and quickly matched rise and fall times make them ideal for high frequency and high power applications, widely used in switching power supplies, motor control, and DC/DC converters.
They have a wide operating voltage range, IX4424G double low side MOSFET driver operating voltage range of 4.5V~35V, IX4340 double low side MOSFET driver operating voltage range of 5V~20V, can meet the requirements of different operating voltage applications. Both the IX4340 and IX4424G dual low-side MOSFET drivers have a recommended operating temperature range of -40°C to + 125°C, which can meet the operating temperature requirements of industrial grade. Both inputs are compatible with TTL and CMOS logic, the IX4340 has a separate enable function for each output, and the IX4424G input is almost unaffected by latches, which can protect the current up to 3A. The IX4340 dual low-side MOSFET driver’s undervoltage lock circuit (UVLO) prevents the high-end source driver from conducting unless it has sufficient supply voltage. If the logical input is empty, the output remains low. The IX4424G dual low-side MOSFET driver is configured as a dual non-inverted driver in a standard 8-pin SOIC package, while the IX4340 dual low-side MOSFET driver is available in a heat-enhanced 8-pin SOIC package and an MSOP package in addition to the standard 8-pin SOIC package.
